We want every Yves Lashes order to arrive beautifully and exactly as expected. Because our products are beauty and hygiene-sensitive, we do not offer returns for change of mind. If something arrives faulty or damaged, please reach out to us and we will do our best to make it right in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
1. Change of mind
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
• change of mind
• incorrect product selection
• items that have been opened, used, worn, or removed from their original packaging
• products purchased on sale or as part of a promotional offer, unless required by law
Please choose carefully before placing your order.
2. Faulty or damaged items
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel.
To request assistance, please email info@yveslashes.com with:
• your order number
• a description of the fault or damage
• clear photos of the item and packaging
Please use the subject line:
Faulty or Damaged Goods – Invoice #[insert number]
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, we may offer, at our discretion and in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law:
• a replacement
• an exchange
• store credit
• a refund, where required by law
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
3. Conditions for returns
Where a return is approved, the item must:
• be unopened and unused
• be returned in its original condition
• be returned in its original packaging
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any product that has been opened, removed from packaging, used, applied, or worn, unless required by law.
A product will be considered used or opened if it has been removed from its original packaging or shows signs of use or application.
4. Return shipping
Unless required by Australian Consumer Law, any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law.
5. Handmade product note
Our lashes are handmade, which means each pair may have slight variations or minor differences in appearance. These natural variations are part of the handmade nature of the product and do not constitute a fault or damage.
6. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Policy excludes, limits, or replaces any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product has a major fault, or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee under Australian law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy.
7. Order cancellations or changes
If you need to cancel or change an order, you must contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.

Cancel Order – Invoice #[insert number]
We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once your order has been processed.
If your order has already been picked, packed, prepared for dispatch, or shipped, we may not be able to cancel or amend it.
We do not cancel orders for change of mind once processing has commenced.
