Shipping Policy

We know the details matter. From the moment you place your order, we want your Yves Lashes delivery to feel smooth, clear, and beautifully handled. Here’s everything you need to know about dispatch, shipping, tracking, and delivery.
1. Shipping origin
All Yves Lashes orders are shipped from Australia.
2. Packing and dispatch
Orders are packed Monday to Friday and dispatched after payment has been received and cleared.
Our current dispatch timeframes are:
• Express orders: usually shipped within 24 hours
• Standard orders: usually shipped within 48 hours
Please allow at least 1 business day for processing and packing before shipment.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During busy periods, including sales, promotional periods, launches, holidays, and public holiday periods, additional processing time may apply.
3. Shipping partners
We send parcels via Australia Post and, where applicable, selected courier partners.
If you have specific delivery instructions, or you do not want your parcel left unattended, please include this in the comments section at checkout. While we will do our best to pass on delivery notes, we cannot guarantee that all delivery instructions will be followed by the carrier.
4. Delivery within Australia
We ship from postcode 2229 on business days Monday to Friday.
Available domestic shipping options may include:
Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days
Australia Post Express Post
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather events, peak periods, or other factors outside our control.
5. International shipping
International shipping may be available on selected orders and destinations.
International shipping rates and delivery timeframes will be shown at checkout where available.
Estimated international delivery times may vary by destination and may take approximately 7–14 business days, however this is only an estimate and may be longer depending on the destination country, customs processing, and local carrier delays.
A signature may be required on delivery for some international orders. If you may not be available to sign, we recommend using a secure business or work address where possible.
For customers in the U.A.E., a P.O. Box must be included where required by the local delivery system. We are not responsible for delays or returns caused by incomplete or non-compliant delivery details.
We reserve the right to amend international shipping rates, delivery methods, and destination availability at any time without prior notice.
6. Customs, duties and taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other local charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless expressly stated.
If an international parcel is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid duties or taxes, we may deduct any return shipping, customs, handling, or administrative costs from any refund or store credit, where permitted by law.
7. Tracking your order
Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will usually receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Please note that tracking availability depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.
If you have created an account on our website, you may also be able to view your order history and track your order through your account.
8. Delivery delays
All shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only.
Yves Lashes is not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• Australia Post or courier delays
• peak periods and holiday congestion
• customs delays
• weather events
• transport disruptions
• strikes
• incomplete or incorrect shipping details
• failed delivery attempts
• acts of nature or other force major events
9. Holiday shipping
During high-volume periods, including holidays, sale events, launch periods, and promotional campaigns, please allow additional time for dispatch and delivery.
Processing may take up to 1–2 additional business days during these periods.
We recommend placing orders early during holiday periods to reduce the risk of delay.
10. Incorrect addresses and returned parcels
It is your responsibility to ensure that your shipping address and delivery details are correct at the time of placing your order.
If an order is returned to us due to:
• an incorrect or incomplete address
• failure to collect the parcel
• refusal of delivery
• unpaid customs charges
• failure to provide required delivery information
we may charge a redelivery fee or deduct original shipping and return-to-sender costs from any refund or store credit, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Lost, delayed or missing parcels
If you have not received your parcel, please do the following before contacting us:
• check that you are outside the estimated delivery window
• allow an additional 1–2 business days after the estimated delivery window
• check with household members, neighbours, reception, concierge, or building management
• contact the relevant shipping carrier or your local post office
• review your tracking link for the latest updates
If you still cannot locate your parcel after taking these steps, please contact us at info@yveslashes.com and we will do our best to assist.
12. Order changes or cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it.

We will do our best to help, however we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once an order has entered processing.
If your order has already been picked, packed, prepared for dispatch, or shipped, it may no longer be possible to amend or cancel it.
13. Returns and refunds
Please note that shipping information and return eligibility are separate matters.
